Negative experience: It’s the worst travel agent we worked with unprofessional , i booked with them my flight and they sent me the booking confirmation with my seats conditions, while checking online I discovered that the seats has been changed without notifying me , their customer service agent has no sense of problem solving and did not try even to solve the issue . I do not advise anyone to work with this company

Negative experience: It's a travel agency. Visiting them would be wastage of time. They over charge their walk-in customers by 20 to 25%. I was disappointed when they asked me to pay 2.25% extra if I was to pay via Credit Card. No one charges extra to their customers. I refused to to pay 2.25% and had to visit another travel agency. Strange, isn't it.

Negative experience: Less is better, they are dropping calls without letting people to finish the sentence. Respect is a must to be learn in this agency. VERY ARROGANT! SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!

Negative experience: Well I was mis handle by one Indian nationality. I came for my bookings almost the office was about to be closed and instead of handling me properly in a professional manner to let me know the office's hours were to adjourned he shouted at me to get outside the area, I was really baffled and annoyed. But in the morning I was handed well by a lady of Kenyan nationality.

But wen the passenger wen't to the airport in manila they told her that the ticket is not yet paid. So how will happened like this or how they can send a receipt and ticket if this one is not yet paid... Untill now were waiting for the update of that but no one response of our calls and emails.....

Negative experience: Worst Service Ever(Horrible).We applied for a Tourist Visa and they delayed it for almost 1 week above. They promised us to give visa within 3 days. We are also asked them to take the tickets and also they are delaying it again. We paid the cash initially and I think they are doing some fraud with the money.

Negative experience: Worst service ever. Recently I visited the travels for indigo airlines ok to board service. They insist me to pay double instead of actual amount. Then I asked the reason for charging double. They replied me that this is branch office so you have to pay service charge or else need to go to main office. First time in life a company is charging double as service charge. The reason for visiting there, because of the instruction in telephone ivr, in that time the fees are same, no service charge kind of thing is mentioned.
