Negative experience: dont deal with this company not giving a proper service.we are going to file a case against them

Negative experience: We have also bad experience, we paid money 10 days before when customer have 2 days balance to get fine, we already informed everything before paying the money and they agreed A2A Possible and they did'nt do anything and fine will come to customer, also they send customer to AUH Airport with fake ticket and put there in air port 2 days without food and water, now also our money will not refunded, not picking call, when picking they are talking like "Gunda". Very bad experience I never deal with them. So many travel agents contacted me and they also lost money. Now we are together thinking to go by leagaly. Take care everybody. Also We enquire about their offices-DXB always closed near by office people telling they dont know, ajman office also closed and building owner is go by legally and rental dispute department of ajman municipality paste sticker on the door. We have proof is attaching here.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with this company through out my journey . They were very irresponsible. Just escape from their service like their name .Lack of communication is the worst . I would not say scammers. But they definitely will not give you a smooth service . I have paid my fine by my company which is 621 aed without any document . After when I tried to pass immigration ,they said I have pending fine 250 aed which is I paid by myself . I called their Boss and he said he will pay for that fine . But they are still making excuses to pay my money back till now after a week .

Negative experience: The Brand name says their things “Escape from customers“ communication was severely lacking. It was incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone from the company, and when I did, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful. This lack of communication caused numerous issues with my travel plans and left me feeling incredibly frustrated. Overall, my experience with Escape travel and tourism was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against using their services and caution anyone considering them to look elsewhere. It's unfortunate that such a reputable company failed so miserably in delivering a satisfactory experience.

Negative experience: Don’t book with this travel agency they are scammers i swear they are scammers once payment is done they will not return your calls and answer your messages they don’t even have valid trade license , be careful they will fool you with pictures and good words once you pay they will eat your money Shame on you people and shame on the short fat man working there who took my money.
