Negative experience: The worst experience with them, Giving us false information about about our travel back to Dubai and after paying them full price instead we found out they put us on the booking list and delayed our flight so I suggest to not come to their agency, If their is a zero star I would give nonetheless.

Negative experience: Never trust this agency. I gave 2000 dirhams to Afaq Travels Ajman in exchange for the visa and ticket. I gave it on 07/02/2023. My visa expiry date was 07/18/2023. The visa was not given to me until today. Due to their mistake, I am now in the United Arab Emirates after my residency period expired. In response to my request for a visa or a refund, they said they paid the government for the visa and it was not approved. Mr. Afnas, General Manager of Afaq Travel, presented a check for 2000 but it bounced due to insufficient funds. So, on the evening of December 4, 2023, I went to Afaq Travel and asked for my money. In addition to assaulting me, Rafi shouted obscenities at me. As a result of his hand punch, I sought treatment in a hospital in Ajman. I got the police report from the hospital.. As per Rafee, Afnas has taken money from many other people as well. Rafee says that Afnas is just a partner now but Sometimes he says Afnas is the owner. Nothing but lies. I am not the inly one who faced this issue from this agency.I have seen people coming there and shout.
