Negative experience: Majority their customer service staff has Zero experience and no understanding what you want. Asked to change date of flight and after waiting 25 minutes, they came with a booking in totally different date and time.. Another request after payment, I found they gave wrong amount to pay, then easily asking you can cancel Too much delay and like they work for free and trainees لو مش مضطر تحجز معاهم لا افضلهم.. و خليهم اخر شركة تفكر فيها

Negative experience: I did ask for ticket to aleppo, and i confirmed with agent, after i sent the money within 15 min only they told me ticket price raised 350 aed, very disappointed
