Negative experience: The staff is extremely rude and unreliable. I made a deposit for a visa application and clearly explained my desired travel date. The date they secured for my visa application was too close to the departure date so I chose to cancel the trip. Not only did they not refund me the amount but the staff was extremely rude and asked me personal questions. Please avoid this unprofessional company
