Negative experience: I don't recommend this Smart Holidays travel agency, they have very bad and Poor service. 1.False promise for Visa. They will promise you that they will provide the visa before the flight, then they will delay the visa application, so once your visa not available or delay, they will book you another ticket which will be more expensive. They will charge you to pay more. They will put you in critical situation. 2. Irresponsible Management Their Management don't want to take responsibility of their incompetent employee / staff. 3. Over charging their Client for extension of Dubai Visa. 4. Poor Service. 5. Incompetent Staff. 6. They will not coordinate when problem comes. 7. Very Bad service.

From giving different flight options that suit your budget, to visa processing, and until you land! I've been a repeat client and they assisted me too back in the time when I need to exit the country for a visa change. There are agencies there that would charge less but I am after the service that I will get. It is indeed a value for money! I would truly recommend this company and Kenneth.
