Negative experience: I will not recommend this travel agency for anyones it will cost you headaches and more problems. We are so regretting for giving them trust. we tough they can give good services that we needed but it’s really not! we are so very disappointed. Please don’t come to them if u don’t want more problems. Very poor services!

Negative experience: I went to renew my visa there, they took my money and they didn't renew it. As they didn't send me the ticket, I went back to their office, they said the staff to whom you gave money is not working with us. I met her inside the office and she is definitely working with them. They are all liars, tow days after, I went back there, they closed the office, and probably they run away.

Negative experience: Manager Jonalyn Parrocha failed to provide adequate customer service. Despite paying for A to A visa service plus a deposit, they were unable to issue a ticket, offering only vague excuses.

Negative experience: The customer service at this company is abysmal, and the manager, Jonalyn, offers numerous flimsy excuses. I would not recommend this company, as obtaining a refund is extremely difficult. Dealing with this company has caused me significant stress, and it is not worth the hassle. Jonalyn is unreliable and cannot be trusted.
