Negative experience: Very bad experience My family had booked flight tickets MUWAILEH TOURISM through unfortunately flight tickets has been got cancelled but this was informed them only the day before the journey because of this we felt lot of difficulties but this travel agency was not get bothered about our condition so here by I’m not at all recommending this travel agency to none of the people for their journey

Negative experience: Very bad experience that happened with my family due to poor customer service and support because of MUWAILEH TOURISM. They don't have any idea about flight status.

Negative experience: Very worst experience me and my family had ever experienced with a travel agency. I booked the oman air tickets with MUWAILEH TOURISM few months back with one of thire staff FAIZ. And do follow up with them for updates, but he said all ok. Few hours before my travel, I just checked with them the flight status (If i didn't contact him then i got stuck in the airport). Thire answer was surprised, the flight got canceled and they don't have any idea about that. I checked with another travel agency, they informed that they all got email from oman air regarding the flight cancelation and reschedule on three months before and they do the needful for their customers. After long arguments they rescheduled the tickets for 4 days after with the connection flight with 10 hours hold in Muscat. Even though they can help us in booking tickets for the same day , but they didn't do it and the reason was the available seats are business class. Big thanks for your grat customer support. I strongly not recommend Muwailah tourism due to the bad experience that happened with me and my family. They don't have any idea about flight status and flight schedules and not getting any emails and messages from flight companies regarding the status. The customer service and handling of customer support is very bad and poor. If you book the ticket you may got surprised...

Negative experience: My family had a bad experience with Muwaileh Tourism. They had booked their tickets for July 1, 2023, but without any notification, email, or phone call, the airline company cancelled the ticket. my family members had this bad situation yesterday. It was their fight and day before yesterday, they just called them randomly for checking That's when the staff for the airline company said that the fight is cancelled. this is a big mistake and bad experiences that can happen for customers who trusted you.

My family booked air tickets with MUWAILEH TOURISM, but without any valid reason they informed the flight got cancelled at the end time after asking them the flight status..Not recommend this travels if you are planning any trip because of bad and poor customer service.

Negative experience: Worth not even a single star. Forgot to pick up my mother in law in Oman. Only after I made a scene in their office that they took action and looked for her. Too many 5 minutes we will pick her up then after 1 hour they took her and send her to a room without even any seating! Don’t ever go to this agency. They are shady. Additional update, they don’t have any proper way of contacting their supplier in Oman! After my mother in law arrived in their remote accommodation, which didn’t even have any proper seating, she hasn’t ate anything! Yes its not included in the package but have your staff ask the people there if they want to buy some food because they are stuck in a remote place! They said its not their responsibility to take care of people under their supplier! This is really the worst travel agency!
