Fantastic experience: A friend recommended City Tours to me and they made a very good package with affordable price. Great and quick service provided by Bilal! He took care of my flight, hotel, tours and transfers in Tbilisi within a day. The whole process was very smooth and I had nothing to worry about.

Negative experience: Don’t use the company. They book a tour with collection even though you confirm collection address before and get approval, then they don’t send a confirmation of your booking. Then the agent sends a message at 7pm the night before the trip to advise that your hotel is far and you must arrange your own taxi. Then another agent tells us via WhatsApp to go to hell. And a full WhatsApp fight ensues. After much fighting they ask that you pay your own taxi and they will pay your back one way fare. Trip was cancelled due to incompetence of the booking agent. Rather use someone else

Fantastic experience: Had to plan a last minute trip, walked into their office and was greeted warmly they were very accommodating and the booking was done smoothly. I wanted to change dates on my return flight and I just called them and they listened and then over the phone adjusted my flight.
