Fantastic experience: We booked Desert Safari and Abu Dhabi city tour (with Ferrari World) from Peace Land travel and both tours were completed without any hassle. Desert Safari tour was booked from India and the tour was very nice except camp area which was very very crowded due to UAE national day. Except that tour was conducted nicely. Abu Dhabi city tour with Ferrari world was also very nice and we have enjoyed the tour very much. Thanks to Muzammil bhai for his arrangements and guidance.

Fantastic experience: I did my bookings with Ayesha. She was extremely helpful, honest and worked late hours to accommodate last minute requests. We did dune bashing and had a great time. ..the driver, Mr. Zahid was simply wonderful. Mr. Sultan, another amazing driver, drove us to Abu Dhabi for the Ferrari world and Grand mosque experiences. Everything went like clockwork. I strongly recommend their services.

She was very calm in revising my itenary as much time I wanted and was very good to response to any query. She and her team were spot on with co ordination with my guest starting from Day1. Negative experience: Bad service almost like a fraud selling ski dubai voucher on groupon with a fake expiry date. And when they were approached for refund, one of their staff refused to help (Umair Shamsi) and spoke in a very rude way. It is a shame to deal with such company in UAE Never trust dealing with them

Positive experience: Used a Groupon via this company. I was a bit concerned at 1st due to some general reviews, so i contacted them via email before making a purchase. I received a very prompt and helpful response. Once purchased, i had to book the date of visit via the agency and not direct with the venue. However, on whatsapp the chat was quick, and we received the tickets very quickly. They also worked with no issues.

Negative experience: We booked the desert safari with Peaceland in Dubai and it was completely disappointing. The vehicle broke down due to which we reached the dunes late. After the dune bashing we were dropped off outside at the Awir Camp to figure out if we wanted to sit on a camel ride or walk towards the camp. Mr Shiraz said there was a booking in his name for our meal. When we go into the Camp the dances had already commenced and there was utter chaos where no one knew what was happening. Forget seating there was no place to stand without crowds everywhere. We had to fend for ourselves to get water. On calling Mr Talha he said he would be there to help us out. Once he got there he tells us dinner is served and to hurry to serve ourselves when 100-200 people start running to the tent to serve themselves. Bewildered we refused to attempt to get into the hordes to serve ourselves. Since huge queues formed we stepped away and managed to find a place to sit on the open seating tables. Unlike the Bedouin carpeted tents with Barbeque to be served we were expected to fill our plates with sub standard food and small bottles of soft drinks. On being asked to drop us home we were told we would have to wait till our group was ready to leave. Another family of 3 and a single lady guest we were 7 pax in our vehicle so we had to wait. Then the belly Dance started which lasted all of 10 mns during which the hordes of men that comprised the crowd gravitated away from the food tent which gave us a chance to go into the tent to pick up some food. There was a ladies line but overall I wouldn’t risk taking my daughter into the crazy crowd. Very, very disappointed with the pathetic arrangements. Mr Talhas only response was it’s Eid but that’s no reason for such bad arrangements. I would not even want to give them the one star.
