Negative experience: Today 7/Aug/2024 i am traveling with this company, my personal opinion and experience that I phase this time Buss have Worse Condition AC not working and people are just making fool to everyone. Not recommend to anyone these services I book my service from Kite travel tour Al ansari Hajj & Ummrah

Positive experience: when I am booked here my package then searching on google and read reviews I was shocked and worried about that but now finish my tour everything was good they given in makkah 4 star hotel and in madina 3 star hotel very clean environment and all person who's agents, drivers, ziyarat speaker and services provider was very cooperative and humble also my bus colleagues was very cooperative now I am very happy and recommend Al Ansari Haj and Umrah.

Negative experience: Worst travel agency . They charged us extra money and confirmed that 3 people will be in the room but upon reaching the hotel they gave us a room with 5 people . These thugs even charged us extra money for tax , when we enquired about it with other pilgrims , we came to know that they charged this extra tax to us only. Worst travel agency with even worse service . The hotel didn't had a working wifi , the transportation was very uncomfortable . When we approached him through a call his behavior was quite absurd and rude. For sure will file a case against this agency once i come back.
