Positive experience: Excellent staff and value for money..

Negative experience: One of the worst tour operator in Dubai. Never ever waste your money. At Last moment they will change itinerary. They will not give you any vouchers beforehand. We had booked with them on Private basis. Their Driver Asim came at 9:25 for tour of 9:30 and left in 5 minutes. He didn't had the courtesy to at least leave the vouchers at reception. We tried contacting their office but it opens at 10:00, so no answer. Their Coordinator Gul never picked up the call. He does not have courtesy to call back you. At 10:05 he picked up call and says now driver will come at 12:00. You be ready before ten minutes. We were waiting for Driver since 11:45 but he didn't come. We called up at their office only one stereotype answer driver will come. We had to wait till 12:45 with 3 senior citizens. We were surprised to see him as he was the same driver who picked other guests from the same hotel at 9:50. So he was there only. He dropped us at 1:30 at Aqua Venture and Lost chambers. And they he again calls for picking up at 4:45. They allotted the same driver for airport drop on last day. The time for pick up was 2:00 PM. But he came at 1:30 PM as he had some other pick up. IF we have to adjust everywhere what is the meaning of Private Transfers. Better off with RTA taxi. He dropped at 2:00 PM in hurry throwing all luggages haphazardly. Instead of booking Al Duha, try to book all sightseeing yourself online and use RTA Taxi Service. It’s Fantastic. (Mind you this people don’t provide any guide, they just give you vouchers and arrange transfers). If you are booking from India, Ask your tour operator who is their counterpart in Dubai. We had booked through Bella Tours in Mumbai.
