Fantastic experience: I am speechless but I must say things were unbelievable

Positive experience: I recently took a road trip to Salalah (Oman) from Dubai booked through JMT Travels, and it was a memorable experience. Special mention of all the fellow travellers who were a good civilised team and cooperative with the JMT team to make the experience hasslefree and pleasant for me as a Solo traveller.. we had a lot of fun together. Thanks to JMT team. Pros: - Team: Travel guide Marwaan from Oman, Travel coordinator Mohd. Bashir from India, and bus driver Shahid from Pakistan, along with another driver whose name I missed, were all very cooperative and professional. - Accommodation: Our stay at Hotel Tulip Inn Majan, a 4-star hotel, was luxurious, spacious, and included amenities like a club, gym, and pool. - Hospitality: Excellent food with ample refreshments like juice, cakes, dates, water, tissues, and wet wipes provided throughout the trip. Breakfast and lunch were buffet-style at the hotel, included in the package. - Cost-effective: The entire 2-night, 2-day package (excluding travel time) was very cost-effective, making it great value for money. - Sightseeing: JMT Travels covered most of the important and exciting attractions in Salalah, including the stunning Al Mughsail Beach, the lush Wadi Darbat. Compared to my office colleagues who booked through another agency, my experience was much better and more comprehensive. Cons: - Entertainment: Adding some more entertainment (movie, music, interactive games) during the travel would have made the journey more exciting and memorable. - Communication: The travel guide needs a basic command of English and should provide more detailed explanations of sightseeing spots (while reaching the spot) to make the tour more interesting and informative. - Travel Time: The road trip was long due to heavy traffic and long waits at the border, possibly because of Eid holidays. I recommend avoiding public holidays to reduce wait times. - Comfort: The bus could be more comfortable with proper leg rests, a better recline for seats, and a WiFi connection for basic messaging apps like WhatsApp. (Thanks to Mr. Bashir he gave mobile hotspot from his phone whenever needed.. but imagine demand of 48 people and supply from 1 person) At additional cost, in the package they could hv provided food during travel and a buffet dinner at the hotel itself during our stay. Travel Tips: - Avoid Public Holidays: Due to long waits at the border, I suggest avoiding travel during public holidays. - Explore Salalah: Known for its natural beauty, Salalah boasts attractions like the stunning beaches, lush valleys, and historical sites. It's a hidden gem in Oman and definitely worth visiting. But travel in Khareef (monsoon) season for better scenic beauty and views.. we travelled a bit early as officially monsoon was starting on 23rd June 2024.. but we experienced few showers of rain and cloudy weather during our stay. Overall, JMT Travels provided a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend them for a trip to Salalah. The excellent service, comfortable stay, and comprehensive sightseeing made the journey worthwhile. Regards Dr. Saket

Positive experience: Trip to Salalah during Eid Holidays I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. Hotel stay was fantastic The only reason I'm not giving this travel agency 5-stars is because of travel time via bus extended to 24 hours and non-functioning bus speakers, which lead to overtiredness during travel, which should not happen for family and bachelor travellers, so there is room for improvement. But guide Basheer was fantastic (5-stars); only due to this proper scheduling we could visit all the places as per schedule.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend JMT Travels and Tourism for a fantastic trip to Salalah, Oman. The team provided excellent service, especially Mr. Basheer(cordinator), omani tour guide,and driver. Very friendly and flexible. The arrangements were timely and the buffet was also very good.

Positive experience: JMT Travels provided excellent service to us , we went from Dubai to Salalah on bus tour on eid holidays, it was a very nice experience for us. All the staff, members were really nice and friendly helpful. We enjoyed a lot. One request I will raise , that bus seats to be provided with foot support due to long travel, passengers experience foot swelling.

Fantastic experience: We recently had the pleasure of spending our Eid holiday in Salalah, Sultanate of Oman with JMT Travel and Tourism Agency, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The itinerary was well-organized, allowing us to explore the stunning landscapes, beautiful beaches, and rich cultural sites of Salalah. Our guide Mr.Marwan an Omani national was knowledgeable and friendly, providing us with fascinating insights into the history and traditions of the area. The accommodation in Tulip Inn Majan Hotel in Salalah was comfortable and conveniently located, enhancing our overall experience. One of the highlights on the day 2 was visiting the Ain Razat,we also enjoyed the lush greenery of the Wadi Darbat, the Jebel Samhan which you can almost reach the clouds. Day 3 highlights the Al Mughsail Beach,blowholes and the Marneef cave which were truly spectacular. Overall, JMT Travel and Tourism exceeded our expectations, making our Eid holiday in Salalah unforgettable. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to explore this beautiful part of Oman. Negative experience: Just a big “No” if you are planning to go to Salalah, Oman. Cheap price = low quality of service and tour. Need improvement with their service. Potential is there but need a professional service
