Negative experience: Very bad experience..Pathetic...Not cooperating at all..I went for tickets and employee name munir attended me at their electra brach..his behaviour were very rude & was taking too much time to my queries..when I asked why are you doing this his reply was " I'm busy". Don't know where he was busy coz I was customer there want to buy tickets but he was busy somewhere else..Actually was busy in ordering food...Not recommended
