Negative experience: I booked a cruise with them last year and it was excellent.. tried to book another one this year but staff are not good.. I communicated with a girl there and I have to wait for a week to get an answer for a question..not worth it..

Fantastic experience: Polecam rejsy luksusowymi statkami. Są to nie powtarzalne przeżycia , można wiele zobaczyć . A sam statek wspaniałe jedzenie , SPA na najwyższym poziomie. Baseny ,restauracje ,teatry ,kluby, casyna, jest wszystko czego dusza zapragnie . Obsługa z całego świata ma najwyższym poziomie. Apartamenty polecam z balkonami aby cieszyć się widokiem pięknego morze czy oceanu zaraz po przebudzeniu .

Negative experience: My husband and I booked a cruise with them. Everything was fine until we came back. We are Gold members of the Princess Captain's Circle now, but Cruisemaster hasn't managed to update our online profile for 9 weeks now (3 emails from my side maybe not enough?) Since you can't do it yourself and it's not possible to contact Princess Cruises by mail ('Whoops, page not found') because you have to go through the local agency, I would not recommend to book with cruisemaster - at least not if you consider making more than one cruise with the same cruiseline.
