After payment they not responding your calls and They know only one line WE'RE TRYING and Important line YOU WILL GET 100% YOUR VISA, Guys don't trust on them Go to other travel agency to save your money and save your time.

Negative experience: Be Aware with GZONE Tourism travel agency!!! I had a BAD experience with this agency. Their refund system was WORST. Since December 25. 2023 they promise to refund my money but already three months until now I didn’t get my refund, and the assistance provided named Rizwan and Mohamed Zamil this persons have NO integrity. NOT recommend to get their services!!!

Negative experience: Worst I have come across. Did the enquiry in the morning. We had a deal. We waited for all long for the link to do the Tamara payment. After many unresponsive messages, we called at night and they just said they won’t be able to do since they have issues at the moment with the server. If they could have said the same in the morning hours, we could’ve gone to other agencies. Never going to recommend this stupid place to anyone.

Last year I mentioned the same, then the manager or owner called me and excused then he asked me to remove my bad review and same was done But this time I will let people know about this zero service TA This company called me back and the owner or manager would like to open case against me because of this review Be careful with your reviews as well you should write something good even if not good, I have the record and I will make it higher

Negative experience: The worst experience so far dealing with an unprofessional travel agency that threatened me to cancel the process of the visa for my baby after they promised us that it would be ready with 2 to 3 hours we were waiting in the border for almost 8 hours and at the end they didnt deliver and said it is rejected, also the fees changed from 600 aed to 700 aed in one day and when I asked for a receipt they refuse to give and said that they will refund me 120 aed that I have been waiting for 2 weeks now and at the end they are bot replying to my messages. I can't believe what's happening , I don't advise it to anyone.
