Fantastic experience: MashAllah All Good Hotel Close to Makka And Madina Good Service I M Going By Bus All Well pike And Droop Good

Negative experience: If you have young children or elderly, I beg you dont ever go with them. I am forced to come back after 4 days because of no AC and heat stroke my son suffered at 45 degrees temperature. The staff will not stop the bus even if you are suffering to go to washroom. Negative experience: Very bad experience. I will never recommend them. We literally got the worst ever experience. Poor bus, poor communication, driver behaviour is worst. Don't go with them if you want to go to Ummrah or any where. No washroom in bus, low budget hotel, drivers don't even have valid vissa and license.

Negative experience: Very poor service and management. I would never ever recommend them. Drives behavior are very unprofessional. They don't have valid visa and license. We literally got so frustrated by their service and management. Low budget hotel and old buses.

Negative experience: Verg poor service Recommend never go with them, Probably journey took 1 and half day But Driver will take time pass ,bad driver behavior, stop every 2 hrs and reach destination 2 days ,suggested never go with them ,worst service ever..

Negative experience: Worst service ever.Then don't provide any tour guider and ameer and they don't even stop for prayer and their hotel are one of the worst hotels.I will highly recommend to not chose their service because more then that we suffer alot.Their drivers don't have approved visas so we wait for approval of their visas to approve we wait 12 hours at the border.Now its your choice to choose their service or not Out of 7 days we spent 4 days inside the buses .. Thank you...

Negative experience: Very poor and pathetic service. I would never recommend them. It was the worst ever journey with them. The Egyptian driver was very rude and unprofessional. We have asked him many times that please give us a short break so we can at least go to the washroom and they didn't even care. He was driving very poorly. Their third-class bus with no washroom exhausted us. We had families with us and we suffered a lot. If you want to experience the worst journey then you can go with them otherwise I would never recommend them. Better go via flight. Thanks

Negative experience: Very poor and pathetic service. Would never ever recommend. I felt awful travelling with them. Never choose this service. Better go by walk, bicycle and electric e scooter. They didn't not provide tour guider and ameer. Very poor communication and the driver doesn't know any language other than arabic. We took 2 days to reach to makkah and also when coming back the situation are same we took more than one and a half day.So good to go via flight.
