Negative experience: This is very wors agency i have ever seen i will not recommend to any one go hajj and umrah with this agency service is not good transportation is not good room have no privacy one 6 people no guidance no not responding your call bus services is not good seats are not comfortable high amount and low amount peoples service is same no extra benefit for extra amount paid. i will highly not recommend to any take package this agency......... thanks.

Negative experience: Worst Experience Ever... This agency cheated on all of us.. I want to warn everyone, not to get trapped by this agency.. These are the following promises they didn't fullfil:- 1- They promised us that we will going to have luxury bus with washroom... (False) ❌ / No washroom, no luxury bus. 2- Hotel 1km far from Haram Makkah (False) ❌ / Instead it was 3 km far and we need to cross 3 the roads to reach and take shuttle. 3- They told us that we'll have electric kettle for tea coffee at least.... (False) ❌ / It wasn't there. 4- In Madinah they promised us that the hotel will be 200m far.. (False) ❌ / Instead it was 3.6km far... We have to take taxi whenever we have to travel.. 5- They promised that they will take us to ALL Ziaraat.. (False) ❌ / instead his agent there took us to 3-4 places and rest we had to book another guide for that.. 6- They promised us Wifi during traveling.. and in hotel.. (False) ❌ / No wifi and hotel keys wasn't working when we reach after 32 hours Journey and was tired and was going for Umrah at the same time. Beware of this type of scam... Its better you travel and arrange everything by yourself
