Negative experience: Can I give zero star to those unprofessional indian agents? The worst people to talk to. Very unprofessional!!!!!! They won’t give u any information about your account. All they’re saying is… wait… and you will lose the chance to renew your visa. I would suggest to fire those Indians and replace them with professional people. So bad experience.
