Fantastic experience: We, me and my husband, had a great time with our desert safari tour. We went for atv, dune bashing then went into a camp where we had our camel ride which was a little bit scary to ride into but it was worth it. Afterwards, we went have our dinner which was also included with our package, it was very filling and while eating we get to watch wonderful performers which made the trip worth it. All the staff were courteous and with smiles but the best one of all is our driver, Brother Saad, which is a fun guy, he will make sure the tour will go smooth and will answer your concerns. He even did some of our photoshoots as well as safe driving. I recommend to try this tour if you ever plan a trip to dubai. 5 stars.

Negative experience: Be sure you get definitions in writing for the experience you are expecting and paying for. They tried to force additional items we didn't want, tried to make us rent an hour quad when we wanted 30 minutes, and wanted to sit us in normal seats when we paid for VIP BBQ dinner. Also, we were promised Al Khayma Camp dinner (top rated) and instead were taken to "Easy Trip Camp" which was not a good experience. Staff are unfriendly and not helpful. Beware!

The sunset during the safari was breathtaking. Dune bashing is one of the best experiences I had in my life. Our driver, Rizvan Malik, was exceptionally kind, making sure our safari adventure was truly memorable and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: The service is simply superb. I contacted their whatsapp number at 2.00AM in the morning not expecting a reply, guess what? Someone was there manning the Whatsapp interaction. I arranged everything via whatsapp and these guys came to pick me up from Sharjah at exactly the time they promised. Also, I didn't even pay for advance, I came to pay when I was picked, just incredible. So I took their AED 200 and I can say that I really enjoyed the entire experience. The sand dune bashing was simply exhilarating and fun of coz, the quad ride was on point, the evening show and food simply great. Totally worth the money, I would say cheap actually. One thing to remember, the basic package does not give you the option to ride a big 350cc quad on the outside, this costed me aed 70 more (didn't mind). Also during the show there is a VIP option for extra aed 50, also didn't mind. Overall, these guys are great! Give them a shot to have an experience you won't forget.

Fantastic experience: Nazakat ali was great, he was on time and nice. We wish there’s enough time and place to eat as well before we left AUH. And basically it’s like you're paying for the car rent and for the driver not a tour.

Negative experience: I will never recommend their aed 99dhm package it was not worth it. The pick up from home is filled with 7 people u cant barely sit. I happened to sit in the back seat the entire time and it got me backpain. The driver doesn't even care to slow down the vehicle on speed humps on the road. The dune bashing,sitting in the back seat was a nightmare. And they delayed us in the parking spot intentionally to reach the camp late after the dune bash so that you will be seated at the back rows. Where u cannot possibly see the shows clearly.and the stage shows were bad too. Next, the camp they took was also bad. The unlimited soft drink which they serve i dnt even drink is not good at all and the snacks are also limited and not tasty. You can see people running to get in the queue to get food. Then going back to food. The food they served is not cooked properly The chicken is not cooked well. Overall a very bad experience and i will never recommend this package from them to anyone

Negative experience: Very bad experience……first of all, they came late to pick us. Then sharing the car was very congested and very old vehicle. The desert camp and dune bashing area was in 2 location and too much time spent in car only for travelling in b/w. The food in the camp was not at all good and it was a long queue for the food and all. After all, at last again it was last our vehicle came to pick us. So much time wasted……and the guys was so arrogant and irresponsible. Not at all friendly!!! Very bad experience.
