Positive experience: They hardly reply to Whatsup messages but i printed all the document they told me to print and i got the visa for Brazil so i will apply with them again.

Negative experience: Wrong information provided. Staff not trained enough.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, first of all they said you will get your visa within 10 days but after payment nobody care about you even they don’t respond. Just they are thinking how to take money from clients

Negative experience: Very poor customer service and rude behavior from one gentleman , while picking up the phone he did not even do proper greeting, did not introduce himself. I've asked for some basic information about certain embassy, he advised to search in google. When i informed him i still could not find it, he was pissed off and asked me in a rude manner to search properly like if i did owe him something, obviously will not use the services.

Negative experience: I wish I can rate them 0 or in negative. Bunch of liars and cheaters are sitting there. Please don't go there, they will steal your money.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the unprofessional service provided by this visa service. I have been trying to schedule my biometric appointment for several days. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and sending WhatsApp messages, my messages have been read but completely ignored. This lack of communication and disregard for customer inquiries is unacceptable, especially considering they have already charged me in full for their service. I expected a higher level of professionalism and responsiveness. I hope they improve their customer service soon.

Negative experience: If i could give zero stars i would, the salesperson gave me the wrong information before going to the visa appointment and i didn't have all the required documents needed for my visa making me unable to travel on my planned time. I probably would've had a better chance if i did it without the company and just went through the website for the embassy.

Negative experience: I recently did my Russian visit visa with urgent travel, and they did my visa without invitation, and unfortunately, I got rejected by Russian emigration at Russia Airport. As per officers, my visa did not include invitation information that's not allowed me to clear the immigration !! I lost more than 4500dhs due to negligence of urgent travel emplyee. I contacted them, but they insisted that the invitation is not required for the Russia thrust visa, which is completely incorrect. Please be aware that while you're doing a torust visa for Russia, you should complete an invitation and visa application before you submit your passport for visa stamping.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service, they reply to every message in about 5 working days or just ignore it. Individual workers and the whole business account responds extremely slow. So if you’re not in a rush to get your visa within 2-3 months, that’s still too soon for them to process you, best find another company who will actually respond and process your visa for you.

Fantastic experience: Urgent travel has helped me to obtain Russian visa few times. Will highly recommend the team, process is fast, painless and the team is very professional. Got the visa on time form the comfort of my home. Will definitely use them in the future.

Negative experience: Really bad service. They don’t care enough to give you information in case of visa delays (which is possible to happen). Instead they will ignore your calls and emails. When you somehow reach customer service they all are rude and not helpful, they will drop the line before you even finish your sentence. Ibrahim Haroun was supposed to assist me with 2 visas for Uganda. The first one came quickly while the other one was delayed without reason, after calling and insisting for 3 days someone else finally shared the application number and when we checked with immigration directly they told us hotel booking was not presented on the time of applying. At the end we had to cancel and apply by ourselves since nobody from the agency was interested in resolving the case. Really disappointing

Negative experience: Highly unprofessional Visa agency that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I really hope the owner of this agency reads this comment. The entire team including is highly unprofessional and kept making different excuses through out my case, spoke rudely and hung up my calls multiple times . When i called again to speak to the Manager, another highly unprofessional lady called SUMERIA, who claims to be the Manager, started shouting and didnt listen or solve the problem. Rather she was threatening in her tone, using words like "We are fed up with your application and calls, you didnt pay us millions to process your case". I mean how low any agent can get with a client. Most horrendous experience ever with a travel agency. When she couldn't handle my case she hung up as well (usual trait of this agency) and i am sharing my experience to save others from this agency. Only good marketing to attract customers but zero professionalism!!

Negative experience: I received an estimate cost and payment link - without any idea what services I am paying for, what schedule of appointment they are offering, etc. I have sent multiple emails and Whatsapp messages without any response - only automated messages urging me to pay. Fantastic experience: MS Sumaira, form Urgent Travel, was really helpful to process my US Visa application, and my initial appointment date was, Nov-2024, but she kept rescheduling the appointment date from Nov-24, Aug-24, to Jan-24, to Oct-23, and finally to 9th May 2023. She prepared the checklist of all the documents, and personally called me to check all the documents are in tact. And the final result is my US- B1/B2, visa has been approved. Overall please please save your money and time and visit other travel company.

Negative experience: BEWARE.....Very disappointed with the service! Please read all the reviews of others before using the service of this company. I agree how they also fooled by this Urgent Travel. Lack of communication in terms of the visa process. We apply for Senegal visa and paid AED 950 for the service in which the Embassy fees is only 80dhs. I was told the processing time will be 3 working days, so expecting to receive the passport back after 3 days. After 3 days of follow up, I have told that the visa will be ready on the following week with a lot of explanation, etc. I have to call the Embassy to check the submission status of the visa and I was told that there is no submission done for my colleague's passport. Going back to the travel agency, they said they will dropped the documents in our office and will refund us! I got the refund with less 50dhs and meaning, they have kept the documents for 3 days and delaying the process! Still better to go DIY direct submission to the Embassy/Consulate instead of using a travel agency.

Negative experience: Everything advertised by them is not true, appointment are the same if what you can book yourself, you still need to visit the center yourself, you need to fill your own application, fees they take is not including visa fees, when I asked for refund they deducted 100 dirhams as well

Negative experience: Worst experience, they just take credit for easy renewal visas 99.9% will get approved, when it comes to fresh visas they are not at all qualified. At the beginning they are very hospitable after rejection of the visas they don’t even answer the call , even if they answer they don’t support. It’s just a waste of money. And they are very good in getting reviews on the positive cases. Just regret believing on those posted reviews. My advice for fresh visa cases don’t approach them.

Negative experience: I applied for US visa through Zaabel Urgent Travel as recommended by my friend. Unfortunately, the service that i received was not up to my expectations. You basically pay 1500AED for them to fill in your details in the website. Got my appointment in year 2025, which is something i could have done it myself. I was told that they will keep checking for any availabilities for nearer date, but the agent does not update or get in touch after completing the application. Details were given to the agent, but many mistakes were found thereafter. Replies are in 2 weeks. Was not worth it.

Negative experience: Zero, they don't deserve a star! All the requirement is missing and they just got money for booking the VFS appointment and nothing else! And they don't have the knowledge of what is required! And when we arrived at the VFS we just discovered that most of the documents are missing!!

Terrible experience i had upon applying to uk I could have done it myself better... I thought i will safe time and effort! Negative experience: very poor services, when i requested the visa, they didn't explain the difference in price or options in terms of the visa type. so i have paid AED 800 for a one month visa and single entry. when i call them back and person said you never asked with a unfriendly tongue plus aggressively said if you want multi entry visa it will be AED 2500, really? for the drop off services when do the payment the driver didn't even want to park the car and no changes for the payment, told that there was a free parking for 30mints then said need walk a lot to the office, it is incredible who doesnt even want to walk for 2 mints and im paying AED 50 for the drop off services. anyways overall not satisfied.

Negative experience: One of the worst Travel agency ever exists, an Employer name Sumaira gave me the worst attitude, worst follow up services, she made me lose my money, i applied for schengen visa, Sumaira set an appointment with the wrong country ( randomly working and picking) not the right date, So before my appointment weeks before i contacted herto Change the date and the country, she promised she will and update me after, and it took for ever, no follow-up no updates, tried to reach her, no answer, afthen tried and tried and tried, after she replied with the worst ever attitude that she can't help me and there is no appointment and i need to pay more money and she was literally shouting and screaming on the phone that she can't help me and i need to pay extra and i can do what i want, such attitude is a shame

Negative experience: Our company approached urgent Travel for Brazil visa for our CEO. It was assigned to their customer service representative by the name of Safana. Due to lack of knowledge in the subject, she never guided us to be successful in obtaining Brazilian visa and consequently our CEO could not travel. This may be an isolated incidence but instead of reprimanding the employee for mishandling the case they have charged us AED 250. None of their customer service staff is friendly. We tried to approach their Accounts Department for this charge , unfortunately none is attending to our calls.

Negative experience: Unprofessional... Misguiding staff... Don't trust them... I paid them AED. 850 and they booked my appointment in VFS Dubai while my visa was from Al Ain. VFS has returned them money for wrong appointment and their agent said, she will book my appointment in Abu Dhabi without any charge, when I asked them to give me appointment, they are asking to pay AED. 500/- more, why I should pay as I have paid them before and they did not pay again for my next appointment yet. :( and now they said, it is non-refundable which is unrealistic and unacceptable.
