Negative experience: Applied for my China visa , used their services quite a few times in the last 7 years. This time the attitude and tone of the staff was quite sad, requested to just deliver the passport in the lobby of their own building but got a reasoning no staff. Eventually went and found 4 people in the office out of the 2 sitting idle. Its sad that a service oriented company don't take clients in a responsible manner. One staff being good doesn't change the corporate culture.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and prompt service I spoke with a representative named MELVIN for a China visa, and everything went so smoothly that everything was delivered a day ahead of schedule. I received free document pickup within an hour.

Positive experience: I applied for a Russian visa, initially was told it will take 7 working days, but was surprised to receive in 5 days, thanks to agent Sumaira

Negative experience: This is the worst company. After payment for visa processing and after the confirmation with them that process takes maximum 5 days and according to that I paid the processing fee around 650 AED. I was following up daily with them and they have really bad response. 2 days before my flight I escalated the case to the owner of the company who is a friend of my friend to discover that they did not apply for the visa, and they need 5 more days to give me the visa. so, I had to cancel my flight and hotel and lose money because of them, and I asked for refund, however they did not refund the full amount I paid, and they deducted 150 AED company fees. after reading the reviews I saw many people with similar situation already. what a nice business you collect the money and they you don't do anything and when client ask for refund you deduct 150 AED. if they do that with 1000 client per month then they make `150000 AED pure profit. I wish that this message will reach directly to the company owner because he was the one I was talking to and he was the one informing me that they will deduct 150 AED and not just a normal employee. I have all the communication saved in my mobile and I am ready to share it with everyone so they can be careful when they want to deal with this company. am sorry that I can't give 0 star because they don't even deserve one star

Negative experience: They proceeded to apply for my visa even though I told them to wait for my green light! When I changed my mind, they told me we already submitted your passport and they forced me to pay the entire amount despite the fact it's their fault.

Negative experience: Totally bad service. I have never dealt with an agency that is not willing to answer a customer. They read the messages in WhatsApp and not providing any response. When I told the “costumer service “ that I’ll write how bad service that Im getting in Google reviews, suddenly the person is answering me.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Go Urgent Travel and Tourism regarding my visa application. Despite sharing all necessary documents and inquiring about the possibility of obtaining the visa, your team member assured me that everything was fine and advised me to proceed with the payment. After making the payment, the PRO who came to collect the passport informed me that obtaining the visa was not possible and refused to accept the documents, citing management's decision. This contradiction raises serious concerns about the professionalism and reliability of your team. Why did your team confirm the feasibility of the visa application without proper verification? This incident reflects poorly on the company's service quality. Although I was told that I would receive a refund and I’ve waited 15 days with no response or action, the experience has been very disappointing.

Negative experience: After making the payment, their communication became nonexistent. I had to reach out many times with them to get updates on my visa status. Their lack of follow-up and transparency resulted in a significant financial loss. It's disappointing that they lack experience in handling visa applications after payment, and they tend to provide updates at the last minute. Overall, my experience with them as a travel agency was terrible, and I won't be dealing with them again. They wasted both my money and time.

Negative experience: I inquired egarding my desire to apply for a tourist visa to Japan. But the representative who responded to my request wasn't very helpful, and it appeared like he wasn't interested in assisting prospective customers like me. Answers are ambiguous and minimal as well. To avoid dealing with agents like the one I spoke to, I'd rather not travel to Japan. So disappointing. Update: Would leave a bad review again in reading how rude the owner or the social media manager is in responding customer feedbacks. This goes to show they deal with customers.

Negative experience: They claimed that I needed a visa when I did not. They charged me then I went to the embassy upon their request. Embassy declared no visa is required. I informed the company and they insisted to send the documents and not to refund my money even when I told them embassy response.

Positive experience: Visa issued on time. It was a little difficult in the beginning to communicate - they were asking the documents over WhatsApp instead of email (which I provided) but it seems there were issues with their system. Hopefully they are now resolved. Anyway, they were able to deliver once the issue was cleared.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency. The process to issue my visa was incredibly slow, and their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful especially Ms. Melvin, Despite numerous attempts to get updates, I received little to no communication. Ultimately, I had to cancel my trip because of their inefficiency. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Negative experience: The worst! Agent disappeared from whatsapp and stopped aswering messages after payment. Only after 3 days of trying to get hold of him and threatening to go to the authorities did he respond. Nobody in the office could help except for Mohammed who we finally got hold of, he was great. Non communication was the worst when someone has hold of your passport. Will not use this service again.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional and rude staff !! The minimum requirement of any business. Spoke to Sumaira who literally screamed at me because of her own incompetence , and their delivery person actually swore at me and called me Mr Smart guy because I couldn’t answer his phone while in a meeting. Please pay a bit more and get a competent service instead of wasting you precious time.

Negative experience: As my experience with other travel agencies, it was very bad service from Zabeel travels. I’ve applied for US tourist visa on 2022 August and the one who worked there named Safana take care of my file. After many conversations they give me appointment for 2023 sep and when I go over the consulate they told me there’s no appointment on that day and my appointment is on Nov 2023. I informed Safana the same and again on Nov 2023 again I gone to US consulate and the same thing happens, they told me there’s no appointments for me. From there I go straight to Zabeel travels and they told me they are helpless in this case. Zabeel travel done only document filing as same as I done before. For that they are charging more than 700 AED then also they are not responsible for any further supports. If they can’t do any support, why I need to pay the service charges? Again I’ve contacted US consulate and about the conversation I informed the same girl Safana. She told me, will check and do the needful. Now it is more than 15days no response. Anyway thanks for your kind support Zabeel travels. From my side I won’t send anybody for your valuable services. Thanks, Johnson
