2 years ago Fantastic experience: My trusted travel agency in Fujairah. Great Deals with honest and excellent service. My Travel Advisor there is Roanne Palattao. She organizes all our travel requirements professionally. She is very responsive, answer all questions, pays attention to every details and facilitates requests even after office hours. She even assured us that we can always reach her anytime of the day or night, if we encounter any problems during our travel tours. She makes every transaction 100% stress free. Highly recommended to everyone!

They helped me find the best deals on flights and hotels that suited my budget and preferences. Also, they were always available to answer any of my queries irrespective of the office timings. 2 years ago Negative experience: Worst customer service ever , ill-mannered staff 0 customer service skills. They made a hell out of a very simple query !! I seriously don't know how is this office still surviving. I miss dealing with Mr.Sami Ansari a very old staff who is not with the company anymore, He knew his job well and always given great service to me and family whether it is tickets or tour packages. Never going to deal with them again , so disappointed.
After a long, careful and thorough review, it turns out that you have not dealt with us at all. This is considered defamation and distortion of your reputation, and you will be contacted through the legal department
