Negative experience: Worst service ever ... Improper communication ...I don't know for what purpose they are keeping employees there.....They could have at least kept employees with minimum knowledge regarding their job.....Total disaster and really disappointed.....Fixing flights based on the choice of the one who is attending calls and that too by giving false information and putting the client into trouble.....I have never ever seen such a low professionalism anywhere .... Pathetic....
