Negative experience: Extremely unprofessionals and disrespectful. my situation is stuck with person who got visa for us. and she avoids returning my phones since 1 month. tons of whatsapp msgs sent and so actions taken. each time an excuse and keep telling me till next week. and its been over a month. keep away from them as you may face alot of difficulties as i faced. everything i have proofs screen shots and call logs that they dont responds as well.

Negative experience: Driver was a nice person but the tours were not worth our money. 30-40 euro's per person (x10 persons) for a city tour but didn't see that much.

Negative experience: Very bad tour agent. Pay 30 euro per persoon and they bring us 10 minites on jumeira beach. From there we saw the 7* hotel. On the wat they sad This is the gold souk. No stop. Then 10 minutes stop for a foto of aladin building. They bring us a place were they make carpets. They show the carpets maybe you can but than the company got comission. Si never rake a tour from This agent. Beter you take a taxi than you See more Think about it we were with 11 People. 30 euro each. Ans you See nothing. Zeer slechte tour operator. Neem deze nooit. In de folder hebben ze mooie praatje en in werkelijkheid geen cent waard. Het is om te huilen. Voor 30 euro per persoon neem liever een taxi dan zie je veel meer dan wat haryard tour laat zien geef ook door aan anderen.

Negative experience: Do not take ever a city tour from this agent.you pay 30 euro and look nearby everything from the car. Better take a taxi than you see more. Boek nooit een tour bij deze agent. Ze vragen 30 euro en brengen ze je binnen 3 uur terugze brengen je wel naar een plaats waar carpet word gemaakt van goud en zilver. Sit is puur om zelf rijker van te worden. Gold souk zie je van een afstand. Geen tijd gekregen om van dichtbij te kijken. In de folder word alles mooi weergeven maar in werkelijkheid ga je huilen. Dus nooit meer bij Haryard tour boeken.
