Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service, when I called to enquire about some information the lady who answered the call was extremely rude, couldnt help me with anything had no knowledge about the issue infact asked me why I dont have the information already? I genuinely think she is not in the right mental state to be working as if this was not enough she hanged up the call while i was still speakinh. I hope the owner or the office manager takes this feedback into consideration. Until then i would not recommend using their services.

Negative experience: Fraud, over charge for VISA processing and failed to get the visa.
