Positive experience: Clean and spacious. Inquiry counter available and it's helpful. Only drawback is that there is waiting area which is non AC, during summer season it's difficult to wait for bus.

Negative experience: No proper boards for the buses. And to come out from the bus shelter to the bus stop is a long walk. I missed the bus before I reached the bus as the walk is very confusing
