Negative experience: Not trustworthy at all i have been there customer for 3 years and always taking the visa and ticket from them only recently i had very bad experiance 2 times. for getting a newborn visa they are charging 3000 aed which i took with only 1200 aed from other agency as well they are faking the things to get money so far realised the truth and i will never recommand this palace

Salalah is beautiful place no doubt but travelling 1k plus distance was horrible these people dont have sense of that, provided a low class benz bus, brand is good but toooooo old bus no A/C maintained. Negative experience: The staff doesn’t know anything. My friend bought the ticket from them. He ask me to go and postpone my ticket i know it’s very easy i can make it direct from my card but that time am low with my pocket. The sat said me wait i do mail ti emirates company. I b said what just ho open the ticket and postpone the date halas. Even very expensive i did from emirates in terminal 3 office very cheap.
