Negative experience: Worst travel agency ever, from staff to general manager. These people are only good when you applied visa, they only need money from you. .. Bad manners with zero knowledge regarding all your paper works.

Negative experience: I wish there were minus stars! Worst expereince of my life, visa took one year. Lots of mistakes made which have cost us a lot of extra money, very very unprofessional.
