Negative experience: Disgusting reception and staff seems like they only have specific nationality people only who does not have manners and ethics to talk in thier own language in front of the customer. Never recommend this company to any one.

Negative experience: Что-то виртуальное и неизведанное) По приезду гид назначает встречу, за полчаса отменяет и не принимает никакого участия в решении сложившейся проблемы в отеле. Грубит, переводит стрелки на агента, которому они продали тур. Горячая линия тоже отвечает грубо и « что вы хотели за такие деньги»? тип коммуникации базарный и полнейшее отсутствие профессионального этикета общения с клиентом и пассивность в оказании какой-либо помощи. Дарья -гид, в профиле которой написано ярко: я 10 лет делаю ваш отдых незабываемым» - не изменила своему кредо: так и есть :) это незабываемо. Тел + 971528996337. Увы, с отрицательной стороны. И да, вам не удасться выйти на менеджера, который принимает решения и готов всячески помочь клиенту. А если еще и выходной- разбирайтесь сами и еще вас самих же сделают виноватыми . Не советую!

All the arrangement for sightseeing was perfect. Every day in night i got a message for pickup time for sightseeing with drive name n mobile number which made my trip pleasant.
