Negative experience: This is probably the worst travel agency in UAE. Applied a visit visa for my sister-in-law which took a month to process with them and when received all the details on the visit visa were wrong. All the way from name to place of birth to date of birth. It took them another 15 days and two more visa processes to get the details right. My sister-in-law had planned on coming to Dubai for Expo, all her holidays were wasted (waiting for the visa) because of the incapability of this company. I never got the refund despite speaking to the manager who by the way has zero sense of customer service.

Negative experience: Don't waste your money and time with happy trip, they gonna make you regret it. All they care is about money & once they get it, you will be the one following them, they will show you attitude. One of the worst travel agency ever with zero sense of responsibility. I asked in Facebook page for a good travel agency and unfortunately from there I landed here. I don't know which kind of people have good experience with this agency. Applied through a lady agent there & the visa which should be approved with in 4 days max took one month (insane). Their Manager will never talk to you & they will only give you excuses for the delays.

Fantastic experience: Ever since I started dealing with this travel agency especially with Ranju, it was so easy, smooth-sailing, faster transaction, they response to your email all the time or will update you with your queries. It is always like that. I never had problem with the agent or with them even once. My boss would really like to reach with them first when it comes to buying tickets because we know we are safe, our money is safe, we are not being scammed and we feel that they are not taking advantage of us. When it comes to booking and rates, he always make sure it will satisfy the customer, it is more convenient for us if we do this and that, in short he priorities the needs of the customer or the person he is talking to.
