Positive experience: Wonderful staff

Negative experience: The office I booked with was okay, but the driver was rude, didn’t even guide us through the tour. He would drop us off and say meet me here in 1 hr! He got angry because we didn’t want to have lunch! He drove recklessly and ruined our day!

Fantastic experience: تجربه راااااااائعه من بدايته الحجز و الاهتمام بالتفاصيل و طول البال لحد ما اكدنا الحجز و كل حاجه طلعت زى ما كنا عايزين واحسسسسن بكتير اوووى... الأوتيل تحففففه و الغرفه كانت تجنن... وكل حاجه طلبتها اتنفذت بصرآحه مش مجرد شركه احجزلك و بعد كده ملهاش دعوة لاااا خااالص نهائي... بيفضلوا معاك متابعين كل حاجه واى شئ بيحصل بيتابعوه بنفسهم مع الأوتيل.... لحد ما عملنا check out كل حاجه كانت تجنن اتبسطنااا جدا بتجربتنا معاهم و أول حجز جاى لازم يكون معاهم... شكرا سمايلز

Negative experience: A FUIR!!! ABSOLUMENT!! Nous avons pris l’option buggy + ski + chameau. Tout d’abord; nous n’avons pas ete dans le « vrai désert ». Nous avons fait que 30 minutes de buggy, et une pause photo dans un endroit pas du tout joli. Pour le chameau : Le chameau est maltraité, il n’avancait pas, et nous avons du demander pour en faire car personne ne nous le propose. Au final nous sommes vite descendus car il etait tres amaigri et ne voulait pas bouger !! Le ski?? Nous ne l’avons pas fait. Personne ne nous a proposé, et le chauffeur etait pressé de rentrer. Cest TRES TRES CHER pour 30 minutes de buggy : 120€!!! L’endroit se trouve à + d’1 heure de voiture, nous avons perdu toute la matinée De plus, le photographe nous a vendu les photos (100€ les photos ..) et nous a mis que la moitie des photos sur la clé usb !! Organisme malhonnete, menteur, qui ne dédommage pas, ne s’excuse pas. Je deconseille fortement !!!!

Fantastic experience: اود ان اشكر استاذ احمد من شركة سميل ميكرز علي العروض الجميلة و التخفيضات في اسعار الفاناديوم و لقد حجزت عن طريق الشركة في فندق هيلتون دبل تري المرجان في راس الخيمة و استمتعنا بالخدمة و كان استاذ احمد متابع لنا طول فترة الاقامة و تاكد من ان كل شي علي ما يرام و كانت اجازة ممتعة و اشكرهم علي حسن التنظيم و علي العروض القيمة التي تدخل الفرحة و البهجة علي قلوبنا و التي تعكس احترافية موظفي الشركة و علي راسهم استاذ احمد و استاذة رباب

Negative experience: We booked the dunes buggy experience for one hour. Upon arrival to the desert, the tour lasted only for 40 minutes. The buggies were good, but what is the point of having a 1000cc buggy if your guide has a 400-600 cc quad bike. The tour was really bad. We asked 3-4 times our guide to go a little bit faster but he insisted that we were fast enough and that it was dangerous to speed up. Not even in straights. I had the same tour a week ago in Namibia and I had the knowledge to understand that these guys in Dubai were just trying to take our money, not stress theirselves and send us back where we came from.

Negative experience: I ordered safari trip from them, they cancelled my trip 3 hours before beginning. Furthermore they did not send my money back. I do not recommend!

Negative experience: They are thieves. They charged me 350 dirham for the desert Safari and later discovered that I could get out for as low as 180. Furthermore it was the basic standard trip. They promised alcohol included which was a lie. The driver was rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: Use another tour company. Driver can't speak English and is rude. Also if your going for the desert quad bikes buggy etc... beware it's almost 100km away.something they don't tell you.
