Fantastic experience: Jimmy! What a lovely personality of travel professional. You’ve always exceed our expectations as a corporate and on personal travels as well. No wonder Smile Makers has their untold loyalty schemes, yet offering a free upgrade every now & then, has always got me even more happier along with the good service & dedication that I experience every time SM is handling my personal/corporate travels. Kudos to Ahmed El Gamal “Jimmy” for his everlasting care of my needy travels and last minute incidents.
