Riyathe travel expert was our chosen guide, Their Service was so amazing and friendly especially, we were accompanied by our tourist guide sir Benjamin and Ms. Tin. Negative experience: The worst service, I have travelled with you on 18-23 to dubai. have many compaints . 1) booked triple room(i said to do and u shown in itenarary same )but gave double +extra bed. 2)have requested for a better vehicle and you sent a vehicle like omini on the first day . 3)On safari day , the guy charged extra 225dirhams and took us to other place ,which he said is good but we are on late . No good food nothing ..and he was very late to pickup .as we only three wer there in dark night. 4)most if the time the vehicle comes late,When asked you say sharing is like this only. ‍♂️ 5)I have been folowing through agent when rates wer less and you booked when rates wer higher . i could have saved 30,000 if you booked the trip on time .

They have always been very prompt in doing bookings even though I do last minute bookings often.
