Negative experience: Do not trust them at all! My experience was terrible. I asked them many times about my visa and they said it is under process(a tourist visa takes a maximum of 3 days) however it was not processed for 1 week! Then they confirmed that they did not apply for the visa. It has been more than 10 days, and they have not even returned my money! They do not even answer messages and calls! I Do not recommend it at all!

These guys are unprofessional, untrustworthy, can’t communicate in English properly, overpriced, they take money where ever they can and they will not help you if you have problems. If you’re looking for under qualified, unreliable service at a price always too expensive than this is the place! Website is terrible, office is terrible. Advise all to stay away and shop around for better prices & services.

Negative experience: Hi guys I had a worst experience with them which I never faced in my 12 years UAE lives, they said less price for 3 month visa then next day they said sorry it's system error you have to pay more but I was in Sharjah which I can't pay now I have requested them to proceed and I will come and pay you before I get the visa they said ok but they were holding my visa for 5 days which I came to know afterwards, they committed 4 days but I received visa after 15 days which I did 50 call's and fought and visited twice. There's no professional reply from the manager, no one give exact reason, false commitment, lie, worst coordinate. I lost AED 2500/- because of their false commitment which they knows very well before. I'm requesting you guys please don't go there for any requirements. I found one travels meanwhile which is located in basement of LULU Rashidiya which he is giving good service ,you can try there for best service. Goldfinch was good before but now the management changed and the new management is dam worst...

Negative experience: Initially it was good, visa process was fast. But lack of after sales service. I have been requesting them to provide the contact number registered while taking the tourist visa, but since 4 weeks there is no response. I have been unable to register for Al hosn in Abu Dhabi, Al hosn requires OTP to be sent in the registered mobile number.

Negative experience: Again lucky they have one star! My personal experience with this company has been negative. Reasons being 1) They have lied to me about the dates of my visa status, saying it was up when it actually had another 6 days suggesting i renew. There communication skills are awful they will reply hours or even days later. I find them to be a scam i would find another company. I wish i could suggest one for you but google will help!
