Negative experience: I just visited to enquire about visa process, the person who is sitting at the 1st chair near to the entrance he's not a friendly manner, I asked about visa he's still busy in his phone, it's like no customer service at all, I was a customer of Hor Al Anz branch but from now I decided to not to go in this branch, management should hire well manner staff.
