Negative experience: للاسف صعب خدمتك مايردون ويطول الانتظار طبعا اناً مريت معاهم بتجربه غير جيد كنت اتصل واختار فنادق واشوف السعر واقارن لانه من حقي اختار المناسب لي الا اني اتصلت من المرات وردت علي احدى الموظفات وطلبت ان تخبرني اذا فيه عروض مستجده فقالت اني اتصلت عده مرات ونعرض لكي ولم تختاري والان لايوجد اي عروض كان اسلوبها مستفز اتمنى ان يعطوا دورات لموظفينهم ان يردوا على المكالمات وليس انتظار بالساعات ايضا ان يكونوا لبقين مع الزباين ومهما اطال الزبون الاختيار فهذا من حقه يختار مايناسبه

Negative experience: Worst call center experience, i was abroad and i needed to get in touch with them to change my flights, no one responded. Was on line for almost 30 minutes twice, but still no one responded. Never recommend!!!
