2 years ago Negative experience: Contacted them to book flight ticket recently. I was informed they will do it ASAP. Even after sharing the details I did wait for almost half day just to get the tickets booked. And still it was not done for no reason. Just wasted my time. No proper response and seems they take things silly. I don't recommend. Their service was good earlier.
