Negative experience: My experience with OK Travels has been nothing short of a nightmare. Choosing their services turned out to be one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. I strongly discourage anyone from using their services based on my disappointing experience. The most frustrating aspect of my interaction with OK Travels was the severe delay in obtaining my visa. Waiting from 7 days and counting.......

Negative experience: I've been calling them to check the update for my visa, they are not answering the phone. I even reached out to the agent personally but no immediate action. Poor service and no sense of urgency.
