Negative experience: الفندق ممتاز و لكن حصل لي موقف غريب كشف لي أن إدارة الفندق حريصة فقط على تحصيل أموالها دون الحرص على رضا العميل . حجزت عن طريق وكالة إسمها رحلات . كوم بدفع مسبق و سجلت دخول بشكل طبيعي و في الليلة الثالثة قامت إدارة الفندق بإيقاف بطاقة الباب دون سابق إنذار و عند مراجعة الاستقبال طلبوا مني دفع تكلفة الإقامة نقدا حتى استلم بطاقة سليمة للباب و بعد الدفع ( و هذه كانت غلطة مني طبعا ) راجعت حجزي الأول فوجدته مدفوع فعلا بالكامل فراجعت إدارة الفندق في الصباح فأخبروني بأن وكالة رحلات . كوم لم تحول المبلغ علما أنهم أخبروني عند الدخول بأن المبلغ مسدد بالكامل . المهم إدارة الفندق لم تظهر أي اهتمام بالموضوع و طلبوا مني التواصل مع وكالة رحلات . كوم و لم يقدموا حتى أي اعتذار عن الخطأ الذي فعلوه و عن السلوك السئ الذي بدر منهم .. الفندق حريص على المال أكثر من أي شئ آخر و خصوصا مديرهم في الفترة الصباحية و هو رجل يبدو أنه من الجنسية المصرية ( عربي للأسف ).و سلامتكم

Negative experience: Great Business Center, very pristine on the inside'out but can't contact the person who is responsible for leasing of Rigga Business Center. The number provided is not active. We are looking for office leasing and we badly need it. This is comment is for you to improve more, no hard feelings.

Fantastic experience: It's a good place in Al Rigga with the same building Ibjs Hotel. They have alot of different businesses in the building. All depends on what you're there for.

Negative experience: Dear All I am not able to receive reply to the email sent for yearly rental. Security refused to provide contact number to leasing officials. Since few Month I am waiting to get in touch with the concern department but no avail. If anyone can answer it will be useful not only to me but so may like me. Thanks

Negative experience: The building is nice but the guy in the reception is rude. Because I went inside to use a toilet unfortunately the toilet is closed then I went to amber to use the toilet. After that, the guy in the reception said I am not allowed to use toilet inside the building. He said he respect us ( im with my cousin) but he followed us going outside saying we are not allowed there.
