Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Nirvana Travels and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. When my original flights were unexpectedly cancelled by the airline, I was in a panic and didn't know where to turn. That's when I contacted Nirvana Travels and they immediately sprang into action to help me find alternate flights. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish - they were patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. They worked tirelessly to find flights that fit my schedule and budget, and kept me updated every step of the way. Special thanks to Ms Rajana , what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience turned out to be a breeze. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service and support. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of travel assistance - you won't be disappointed!

Positive experience: The exchanging of the voucher to an entrance ticket was so difficult, I wish we never won. They don't answer any of their phone numbers. I wish they could create an easier way for redeeming the vouchers
