Negative experience: Am having the worst experience with them until now I don't know if I should call them scammers.i approached them in February 2023 to help me with my visa which was a struggle to get plus my Emirates I'd yet I had paid them all the money,which later came out n guess what I didn't have insurance yet the lady had assured mi it's all included until now am still struggling with them, zero communication,when I call now they nolonger answer my calls n now they a office is always closed on additional to dat they asked for another amount of money for wps which until now have nt got it back yet they assured me it will bounce back to my account in 2 weeks now it's 4 months and so,av nt received my money and my insurance, everyday its a different excuse.its almost a year guys struggling with this travels n have been so patient with them but I think they a taking it for granted
