Negative experience: We got scammed by Arabian times we stayed in a hotel but we paid 8000 dhs for a package we got scammed and only got 2000 dhs back it was a very big loss I hope no one goes to this agency anymore I hope no one get scammed again So if u get an offer I advise not to accept it

I took 35 nights holiday package, out 35 days I used only 11 days, many times try to contact all office staff but all numbers are invalid even office are closed. Very bad experience, What i have to do? Any body lodge a police complain?

Negative experience: Very bad experience with customer service. No response on the requested package. Even many times visited office, I never met with relevant officer, and he was always out of office. My vacation plan failed only due to their passive attitude and negligence.
