Fantastic experience: We have arranged a family tour to Turkey (Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Antalya) with Travelex on a private basis. Sharal is the coordinator. She was very cooperative during our initial conversation, tour program set up and finalization. She is accommodating towards the changes made by us until finalization of the program and prompt in response. The transportation service provided by their Turkey teams are well coordinated, clean vehicles, very good, professional, friendly tour guides (All of the guides are fluent English speaking) Good hotels. Iffat demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and professionalism in customizing the golf holiday. Iffat promptness in addressing queries and the ability to tailor a well-customized program contributed significantly to the overall satisfaction of the travellers. Despite a minor issue with the assigned tour guide not being visible upon arrival, we enjoyed golfing at top courses, desert activities, and sightseeing in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our driver AKHIL’s knowledge of the area and efficient navigation skills made traveling between golf courses and sightseeing spots effortless. His attention to our needs and willingness to accommodate any requests truly elevated our experience. We greatly appreciate his role in making our golf holiday in Dubai and Abu Dhabi memorable. Overall, we had a great experience despite the initial hiccup.

Positive experience: During this trip, Azerbaijan's attractiveness was definitely highlighted! Baku was a favorite of mine. Baku is a great place to visit because there are numerous excellent restaurants and English is widely spoken. I had a great time staying at the hotel for four days. This is my second time traveling with the Travelex team. Effective communication between the Travelex team and technical team is necessary due to my one-hour wait at the airport and 40-minute wait for hotel room confirmation.

Fantastic experience: We just returned from a wonderful 6 days trip from Maldives. We booked this trip at the last moment from Travelex Travels & Tours. Their team really made it sure that all our requirements are full filled even at the last moment. They gave all the detailed, useful advice before going, including the PCR tests, tickets, government policies for COVID-19 which made our travel hassle free. Most of the resorts were booked but they searched and made sure we get somewhere with all our requirements. We had a wonderful time! I highly recommend this agency. Positive experience: I booked my Dubai 2D 1N tour with the agency and they kept they parts of the bargain by first picking five of us from the airport on time. And this evening I m impressed with the safari tour they offered which made it an unforgettable memories for all of us. Our driver Mohd Yasin was a very seasoned 4x4 wheel driver at the sand dune. Exciting experience indeed. The highlight of the night was dinner at the desert camp under the stars and was entertained by sexy belly dancer I hope my city tour trip for tomorrow will be another memory day in Dubai.
