Negative experience: We had a wrost experience with this team. We booked Phuket and krabi land package. They have zero experience of their work. They literally wasted aur time and money with so much of energy on coordinating with them instead of enjoying the tour. With no positive outcome. This travel agent named dhanya was of zero help to us. Just an example of wat happed to us. She booked a dolphin show which was just 30mins and we traveled 3 hours for it. Not even a single day itinerary booked in proper sequence. Never ever will I recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Negative experience: Kindly stay away from this company. Their PRO people are involved in frauds related to visas and management accepting and covering that fact! Btw, the main branch in Sharjah, but in Google it's impossible to leave the review, guess many ppl has what to say and I believe nothing good!

Negative experience: Bought a ticket on 19th March 2020 and flight cancelled due to covid. They never refunded and the airlines confirmed that they paid Cozmo. While contacted them they are asking me to go to the same branch to get the refund and they need the receipt as well. The ticket copy is not enough. So now I need to take a visa to UAE and book up and down tickets and go to their branch to get paid for a 1-way ticket. So I suggest never to use them for your travel needs. They will put you in trouble and this is from my experience. If Cozmo feel that I am wrong then I challenge them to prove that.

Positive experience: Charges are higher in market.Service was okay. they don't update you unless you follow up. Visa was approved in 2 days but they've been replying "not yet processed" without checking its status for 1 week

Negative experience: Hi Every one should check their visa details after applying through Cozmo Travel. As last night i suffered a Return tkt as well as covid -19 test report wasted by Mohsin Sahib Employeed by Cozmo in Dubai. He Just put wrong Passport No.in typing and now asking for 110 aed more & he said it will take 7 to 10 days for process or corection mistake was / RP/ ok He put /PR /wrong number and blaming me . Be careful all of you , they are not professionals. After all he should guide for further action but blaming Emigration. how could i sort it out ? Mr.Hashim is Helping me solving this visa issues. Negative experience: Never ever trust these guys ,My mom was strangled at Germany for some reason when traveling from Canada when in desperate called them for help they were making fun of me I was shocked by there behavior. NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM .

Negative experience: Terrible Experience, we applied for Dubai tourist visa, it has been 6 days, still havent got it, tried to call customer care, which sounded like a vegetable market, agent couldnt hear nor did they put an effort to communicate, hung up in the end. Got a Europe visa in less number of days than them getting a UAE Visa. Avoid !!!!
