Fantastic experience: What an amazing trip they had planned for us. I would appreciate the effort (Zeek) from customer support provides for us. He is such an amazing person who planned our whole trip so smoothly and hassle free. Every single day of our trip he has contacted and taking care of us . Much appreciated for this to Zeek. I couldn’t thank you enough for our tour guide (Ceyhun) . Such an humble and caring person we have ever met. He showed us as much as he can. Explained every single thing we passed by. He introduced us to the amazing Azerbaijan’s local food and showed us around. Even after dropped off us to the airport, he asked us everything going smoothly and so on. I must say, anyone can trust on them and you would have an amazing vacation like us. Thank you Zeek and Ceyhun from my heart ❤️

Fantastic experience: I recently returned from an 11-day trip to Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia that I booked from Al Haya Holidays. It was a wonderful experience and I want to share my review with you. Al Haya Holidays provided amazing services from visa assistance, flight tickets, hotel accommodation, to domestic transfers. They took care of everything and made sure I had a hassle-free and enjoyable trip. I spent 6 days in Thailand, exploring Bangkok & Pattaya. I loved the vibrant culture, the delicious food, the stunning beaches and the friendly people. I also got to visit some of the famous temples, markets and attractions. Then I flew to Singapore for 3 days, where I was amazed by the modern architecture, the clean and efficient public transport, the diverse cuisines and the beautiful gardens. I had a blast at Universal Studios, Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. Finally, I ended my trip with 3 days in Malaysia, where I visited Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Malacca. I was impressed by the mix of Malay, Chinese and Indian influences, the historical landmarks, the street art and the shopping malls. I would like to thank my travel agent Heshan De Silva for arranging this wonderful trip for me. He was very helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process. He answered all my queries and gave me some useful tips and recommendations. He also made sure that everything went smoothly during my trip. I highly recommend Al Haya Holidays for anyone who wants to travel to these destinations. They offer great value for money and quality service. I will definitely book with them again for my next adventure.

Fantastic experience: In this world full of non-serious people, I was lucky to turn to this travel group to apply my visa, after speaking with Mr. Joshua I immediately decided to entrust him my visa and I would seriously do it 100 times, he is the kind of person of great humanity & understanding all necessary to do the job at his best with seriousness and efficiency. Negative experience: the worst travel company. they are scammer and you need to be careful and do not give them any money in advance. I will report you to the police and becareful from the girl from Philippines. She is a scam

Negative experience: Very bad experience. I contacted them and everything looked simple and easy. But later many problems that they didn't inform previously about started coming, causing a delay on the tramitation of the visa and a fine for exceeding the expiring date. Well I had to pay the fine, even I warned them about the dates and I don't think it was my fault, but the surprise is that they made me pay a 100 AED admin charge for the fine!!So I had to pay them extra for their own mistake! My file was handled by Mr. Josh and he was totally unhelpfull. I wouldn't recommend them at all!!
