Fantastic experience: Was a wonderful experience going to the desert, the drivers were wonderful people and the ride to the area was great. The activities like camel riding, horse riding (which I didn’t participate in but looked fun), atv, sand boarding, and the buggy (which I also did not ride because I was with family), the food wasn’t bad in the “common” area but it vastly differs in taste and quantity when compared to the VIP area where everything is a lot better, the dances were very nice to see as well as how my eyes literally started to burn from the fire, the final “firework” was a wonderful way to end the experience, and the drive back to the start was comforting and the second and final drive to where we first came from was very comfortable and performed without issue, 9-9.5/10 would highly recommend to tourists and people who like to make memories

Negative experience: Totally waste of money. Only thing we enjoyed is Safari riding. Remaining all felt like fraud. I purchased 5 tickets, there was quad biking involved in the package but they show 250cc bikes in add and gave us less power quad bikes and did not allow to ride outside. And the least the food was soo terrible. Never we will book through Desert king tourism. Better look for alternative providers.

Negative experience: In Vip pick & drop desert safari they dune drive for max 10mins & Too on a track its supposed to be in open desert. Then after reaching camp quad bike ride was included which they charge extra if u want to go out of 100mtr area. In camp there were 2 section one where again you pay extra to get a little better food & other which is included in tour which was not at all worth to eat. Why all services are charged extra when it's already mentioned in package.

Negative experience: Booked and went on a VIP premium dessert safari with Desert King last week. The good stuff: 1. They sent a land cruiser to pick from hotel. Captain was prompt and reached in time. 2. Sand dunes safari was one of a kind experience that I liked the most. 3. Included a 30 min quad bike in the package itself, which was a good thing as they charge 100-150 AED at the spot. The not so good stuff: 1. It was a shared cab, and the driver took an extra hour to pick up additional people on the way. 2. Driver had to drop a bunch of people to a shuttle nearby before he can take you back home and kept us waiting for another 30 mins after the show had ended. 3. Camel ride is totally inhuman. I spotted a bleeding camel and decided to skip it. 4. Sandboarding did not work and was not facilitated by anyone. 5. No henna artist was present. The disaster: 1. Despite booking a VIP/ premium dinner, food served in their so called premium seating was pathetic and tasteless. Unwelcome attitude of serving staff. It was even worse for the regular buffet/seating. 2. The driver was so tired by the end of trip and we had a near escape during our return journey.

Negative experience: If I have the chance to give a rating of 0, I will opt for (-) bad bad bad and worst!!!! I had an absolutely atrocious experience with Desert Safari Dubai with Desert King Tourism. First off, their pick-up service was a complete disaster. Despite specifying my location at Al Furjan, they inexplicably took me on a wild goose chase around Dubai to pick up other clients, adding an extra 2 hours to the journey due to luck of road knowledge and wrong locations. actually we reached place around 6:00 All the advertisements promising you are a big scam! There's a huge line for the camel ride that you'll never reach, everything is disorganized, and the place itself is very poor. There's no feeling that you're actually in the desert. For the restaurant, we were forced to pay an extra 189AED for VIP seats. It's absolutely unhygienic, with smelly sofas and very poor service. If I had read all these reviews beforehand, I would never have gone with this company. Save your money and nerves! They are completely a scam! Overall, this experience was a complete waste of money and left me with high blood pressure from the stress and frustration. I wouldn't recommend Desert Safari Dubai with Desert King Tourism to my worst choice. Avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: If you are on a tight budget and you want to have a sample experience of the Dubai’s desert. Then this is the right VIP package for you. They picked us up and dropped us off. However the driver is a driver not a tour guide. VIP does not include VIP dinner, you have to pay an extra 50 D, The camel ride is shorter than 1 minute. The ATV (quad) was much less than 30 min. As for sand surfing, it was a joke, only two were available and was not manned by anyone, so disappointing! The Henna lady was out of sight. As for the buffet if you are not a VIP you have to wait in line to eat!!! It was a long line and the food was disgusting! It got a bit chilly so I asked for a throw or a blanket to keep me warm, they said I have to pay!!! In a nutshell, it was a nice experience, but don’t set high expectations.

Negative experience: Very bad experience we spend 2 h in the car to reach the place and we didn't enjoy any thing in the experience the food taste very bad also , and we were squeezed in the car 9 person in the same car which is illegal and unsafe. It was very bad experience didn't think to repeat it at all with them.
