Positive experience: Giving 3 stars Because the receptionist told me to wait, I waited for 15mins and still she didnt send me to the agent. After 15mins, another receptionist came and swapped her place. The old receptionist just left without giving her any handover or telling her that im waiting. The new receptionist also didnt bother to ask me anything. Anyways , I went and asked her as to why the long waiting time as I see there were not much customers- instantly she send me to the agent who was free!! Poor customer service as I waited for 15mins for nothing. The only reason Im giving 3 star is because the agent Vishnu was amazing and helped me with my queries and finished my application within 5mins. Thanks to Vishnu and please Uranus travels- kindly educate and brush up your two receptionist skills. They seem to not like what they are doing i guess.

The travel agents were pleasant at Uranus Travels and the required documents were lesser in number compared to another agency where we enquired about Singapore visa. Overall, we are happy about the experience with Uranus Travels. Would recommend to give a sample of how to fill documents online, as the address fields we entered were not correct and had to go a second time to the travels with corrected docs.

Negative experience: Greetings Uranus Travels, Reference to your reply, below is my experience faced with your company. I have provided all my visa supporting documents to your visa team, I’m not sure that they have reviewed or not. After I followed up with phone conversation, your team stating that bank statement required to get BANK stamped in the statement – your team haven’t guided me. After submitting all my documents to your team, in my salary certificate my old passport no is reflected. I myself called and followed up with your team asking if it is okay to move ahead. And your team advised at that time as “no your latest passport no shall be reflected” and I did that. – your team haven’t reviewed my documents in this case. I’m receiving email from your team on 27th Jan (Saturday), visa application form, whereas my visa interview is on 29th Jan (Monday). In that weekend how can I get the if any documents are required. With this kind of scenario, I came for visa interview on 29th Jan(Monday) with my family, at that time new requirement been requested for NOC from my company. I repeated in touch with your team asking if anything is missed out or not. Reply received as all are okay to proceed in phone call. – this incident shows your team is not professional in this discipline. Even after I provided my NOC. My travel intent is not reliable or due to below 90 days stay in Dubai or I have selected multiple destination might be the reason for my visa rejection. If I selected multiple destination journey someone should direct in proper way to avoid – why your team haven’t guided in a proper manner to overcome this kind of rejection due to silly reasons, I would have changed my plan. I am eligible in all manner to get this visa; I honestly trust my visa rejected due to no proper guidance. Each and everything I need to call and get inputs from your team.
