Negative experience: I struggled to get the visa copy after paying for the visa, I had to ask 3 times for it before I got it. And now that I need to get my deposit back I am also struggling to get it. I was initially told that it takes 3 weeks for them to deposit it into my bank account after 3 weeks I messaged the consultant and then he told me that it takes a month for me to get the deposit. I'm still waiting for my deposit at the end of this week the month will end.
