Positive experience: Went for an Umrah Trip costed about 3.9k Each person not bad. 5 days 3 in makkah 2 in Madina. So the hotels in Makkah which they said was 3 starts were actually rated 2 star in Google the rooms were bad and not cleaned and the hotel was Al Ramada. The tour guide we had was excellent guy he taught us this and that and showed us Around well friendly and nice guy. Next two days madinah Dar al Naeem was a good hotel 3 star rated and was intact perfect clean and tidy. One issue was when we inquired first they didn't say the flights were connection flights when coming back and this took a whole day like 13 hours of just traveling and waiting. I mean the main purpose of booking via Airplane was to get there quicker. A few other people who were with us and booked through al Saffiya travels had direct flights and they get to go home early and we spent like 6 hours in the airport. TLDR ; Trip was okay ish they do all the needy parts for religion wise but for the hotel in Makkah get anything that's above 4 stars or more it's not worth the 3 stars they are worst. And check with them whether the flights are direct or not if not just don't book return with them do it yourself waited like 6 hours so far.

Positive experience: Alhamdulillah performed my umrah with the help of Al Yarmook Hajj & umrah located in sharjah. Very friendly staff and good follow up. Only disappointment is once you reach KSA, they seldom reply to your messages which were related to booking in tawakkalna for ziyarah and prayer in rawdah in Madina. However, other group leader from the same batch of umrah arranged for me and my family. Alhamdulillah.
